Turn your Slack workspace into a full-featured support helpdesk. Answer customer queries without ever leaving the tool you use for development.

The ChatOps Workflow

  1. Customer asks a question — A user sends a message via the widget on your website.
  2. Message lands in Slack — Premex posts a new root message in your configured channel (e.g. #support).
  3. Team replies in Thread — Any team member can reply to the message in the thread. The reply is instantly streamed back to the customer.

Here's what it looks like in Slack:

Setup Guide

  1. Go to the Premex Dashboard.
  2. Create a new Product (or edit an existing one).
  3. Select Slack as your Adapter.
  4. Click Connect Slack to install the Premex Support app to your workspace.
  5. Select the Channel ID where you want conversations to appear.
