Turn your Slack workspace into a full-featured support helpdesk. Answer customer queries without ever leaving the tool you use for development.
The ChatOps Workflow
- Customer asks a question — A user sends a message via the widget on your website.
- Message lands in Slack — Premex posts a new root message in your configured channel (e.g.
#support). - Team replies in Thread — Any team member can reply to the message in the thread. The reply is instantly streamed back to the customer.

Setup Guide
- Go to the Premex Dashboard.
- Create a new Product (or edit an existing one).
- Select Slack as your Adapter.
- Click Connect Slack to install the Premex Support app to your workspace.
- Select the Channel ID where you want conversations to appear.
